Simply stated… I am a fun-loving, passionate woman who believes in creating magical moments. That’s what inspired me to take my mom Andrée’s fabulous Belgian waffle recipe and share it with the world. Waffalloons are unlike any other Belgian waffle you will ever eat. Each one is handmade from scratch using only the freshest all natural ingredients, and of course, Andrée’s secret recipe! I promise…everything about these waffalloons is totally authentic. The truth is, I really am best undressed, so forget the syrup and butter. I taste great at room temperature (which is the only way Andrée served me) or slightly warmed in the toaster. But if undressed is just too risky for you, try me with fresh fruit or any of your other favorite toppings. I’m also great at parties (who can resist an onsite waffallooon bar??) – a delectable gift for all those special moments in life.
